The agreed package runs from investigation and specialist detection through necessary access, the plumbing repair, parts, materials, suitable testing and a report.
Understand the payment split
The £100 deposit is deducted from the £1,290 total, leaving £1,190. Applicable tax is included. No additional hourly charge is added simply because the agreed work takes longer.
Check the boundaries
Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately, and unrelated additional work requires an agreed instruction.
