£1,290 covers the agreed residential investigation, detection, necessary access, plumbing repair, parts, materials, testing, report and 12-month workmanship warranty. The £100 deposit is part of the total.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded. The repair record should help you arrange that next stage with a clear understanding of what was completed.
