What the warranty relates to
The package includes a 12-month workmanship warranty on the agreed repair. The written booking and completion information should identify that work.
It is not a whole-property guarantee
Unrelated plumbing faults, decorative reinstatement and pre-existing damage are not automatically part of the completed repair.
Raise a concern with useful details
Retain the report, date of work and photographs of any returning sign. Use the confirmed contact details from your booking to request an assessment.
